About The Position

Scribe is seeking a Product GTM Lead to be the main product marketing partner for their Customer Org (Sales and CS). This role involves developing deep market intelligence and equipping Sales and CS teams with the necessary materials, insights, customer stories, and product training to succeed. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can leverage customer research, industry trends, and competitive analysis to drive product positioning, messaging, and materials. This is a role for a smart, kind, ambitious self-starter and cross-functional leader who thrives at the intersection of research, strategy, and execution. The candidate should be a data-driven storyteller who can understand different audiences and their use cases, detect patterns, and distill information into concise, compelling messaging. The role is essential for empowering the Customer Org to tell the right stories to the right people for existing and future products.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a product marketing, transferable marketing/product management/sales role
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communicator and storyteller with keen ability to understand different audiences and distill key messages to persuade them to take action
  • Experience developing Sales & CS collateral such as pitch decks, one-pagers, demo videos, case studies, onboarding guides, talking points, objection handling
  • Big-picture thinker with strong business understanding and ability to identify opportunities to increase account acquisition, conversion, and expansion
  • Strong analytical skills to connect quantitative and qualitative insights and apply those learnings to optimize messaging, positioning, and enablement material throughout the funnel
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and organization skills
  • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and ambition
  • A consistent ability to lead and collaborate seamlessly across functions with high EQ (emotional intelligence)
  • Comfort in a fast-growing startup environment
  • Ability to write compelling messaging (including sales slides, talk tracks, and website copy)
  • Understanding of positioning as a living commercial strategy
  • Experience successfully navigating a startup environment (hands-on, requiring strategy and execution)
  • Ability to be energized by complex challenges
  • Focus on senior individual contributor role (not leading a team in the medium term)
  • Fluency working with revenue orgs, with deep empathy and intuition for their needs
  • Excited to demo new products and features, internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Develop unique value proposition and messaging framework for products and translate into sales-ready formats, including sales talk tracks, slide decks, and demo flows.
  • Define key market segments and Ideal Customer Profiles to optimize marketing and sales efforts.
  • Create compelling materials for Sales & CS teams to clearly communicate value and enable them to win upmarket deals with shorter sales cycles and expand within accounts.
  • Serve as the company's source of knowledge for competitive intelligence, ongoing market shifts, and trends, leveraging AI for scalability.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, partnering with Product to influence the product roadmap and create case studies and proof points for different audiences and use cases.
  • Plan, implement, and manage go-to-market strategy based on company goals, across both self-serve and sales-assisted business sides.
  • Build strong relationships and lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Customer Success, Demand Gen, and Product, acting as their go-to PMM partner.
