GTM Lead US

Parallel•New York, NY

About The Position

Parallel is hiring its first US employee to help launch its AI healthcare-automation business in the US and secure its first paying hospitals. The company’s AI agents automate administrative work in hospitals, starting with medical coding. Its product is live in around 100 French hospitals and clinics, and the US is one of its first two international markets. Working alongside CEO and co-founder Paul Lafforgue, the GTM Lead will build the sales pipeline, conduct customer discovery, run initial pilots, convert pilots into paying contracts, and develop a repeatable US go-to-market playbook. The role includes prospecting, engaging hospital executives and revenue-cycle leaders, managing pilots from security review through results, testing success-based pricing, and relaying customer feedback to the product and technology team in Paris. The hire will also support US events, turn early customers into references, help recruit the next team members, and establish the basics of the US office and its tools. The position is based in New York, working in person with the CEO, with regular travel to hospitals and conferences across the US. The role begins with four weeks of onboarding in Paris. The hire will help recruit three to five additional team members in 2027 and shape the US team.
