About The Position

The Product Expert Pricing & Billing SAP Americas is a specialist in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, providing deep functional and/or technical expertise. The role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and deploying the SAP Pricing & Billing solution, gathering and clarifying business requirements, defining user stories, and providing technical guidance to team members. The position serves as a subject matter expert for SAP Pricing & Billing initiatives and works across related Distribution (SCM) and Finance (FI) components. The Product Expert works with internal and external customers, business stakeholders, developers, Product Managers, process owners, Super Users, SAP functional specialists, and third parties to analyze business needs, design solutions, assess technical feasibility, and deliver system improvements. The role supports multiple initiatives simultaneously and contributes to testing, demos, integration, and continuous improvement activities. The position is based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, with a hybrid arrangement requiring three days in the office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience implementing SAP products, including experience with S/4 HANA.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience configuring SAP Pricing & Billing (SAP SD Module) solutions, including interfaces with external systems.
At least 5 years of business and functional requirements analysis experience.
Experience troubleshooting and debugging complex integrated applications.
Extensive experience as a team member on medium- to large-scale SAP initiatives.
Expertise in SAP Pricing & Billing (SAP SD Module), including engaging with business stakeholders, eliciting business requirements, and configuring SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for projects involving SAP Pricing & Billing (SAP SD Module).
Elicit business requirements through interviews, process reviews, shadowing, document analysis, workshops, site visits, business process descriptions, and task and workflow analysis.
Evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, identify and close gaps, break high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to analyze information needs and SAP functional requirements.
Produce appropriate project artifacts using standard templates, including process flows, technical and solution designs, user stories, use cases, and GUI screen and interface designs.
Engage successfully in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze trade-offs among usability, functionality, and performance.
Implement and deploy SAP template solutions to achieve business goals, and design, maintain, and deploy SAP Pricing & Billing solutions and related cross-functional components such as Distribution (SCM) and Finance (FI).
Own and manage the design, documentation, and implementation of processes and process improvements with process owners, Super Users, SAP functional specialists, and third parties as part of the SAP CoE.
Initiate continuous improvement activities to increase business information systems efficiency and meet global business objectives.
Work with Product Managers to assess technical feasibility and ensure product features are sustainable within timelines.
Define functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests to confirm proper system integration.
Plan and coordinate system demos and tests.
Troubleshoot and debug complex integrated applications.
