Product Designer - Enterprise

Read AI, Inc.•Seattle, WA
•$120,000 - $160,000

About The Position

Read AI is hiring a Product Designer to shape its enterprise experience. The role focuses on making complex, high-impact workflows intuitive, consistent, and trustworthy, while preserving the controls and information users need. The designer will create experiences for configuring, managing, and using Read across organizations; simplify settings, permissions, and administrative workflows; and improve information architecture, navigation, and interaction patterns. They will bring strong visual and interaction craft to complex, information-dense interfaces and make actions, permissions, and system states understandable through thoughtful feedback, error, and recovery experiences. The Product Designer will partner with Product, Engineering, and Research to turn complex requirements into intuitive solutions, and will prototype, deliver, and refine experiences from concept through launch. Design is a peer to Product: designers help define problems, explore solutions, make trade-offs, and own the quality of shipped work. This hands-on role offers meaningful ownership and room to grow, with opportunities to contribute to product direction and establish consistent experiences that make Read easier to adopt and use across organizations.
