Product Designer

Obligo is seeking a product designer to join their team and contribute to the creation of intuitive and visually appealing user experiences across their SAAS platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing beautiful and user-friendly products, with a focus on creating simple and elegant designs that cater to a diverse range of users. The product designer will be responsible for creating detailed UX mocks, writing actionable microcopy, gathering feedback from stakeholders, and refining designs into pixel-perfect specs. This role offers the opportunity to be the company's first design hire and contribute to design decisions across various platforms.

• Create intuitive and awesome UX experiences across Obligo's SAAS platform
• Create detailed UX mocks for new features
• Write accurate, simple, actionable microcopy to guide user interactions
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Refine UX design mocks into pixel-perfect specs for developers to implement
• Research user interactions using session playback tools to enhance designs
• Experiment with alternative designs and microcopy using A/B testing
• Contribute to design decisions for website, emails, and sales decks

• At least 3 years of proven experience working as a product designer on complex SaaS
