Customer Support Associate

We are seeking an empathetic and organized individual to join our Customer Support team at Obligo. In this role, you will engage with landlords, property managers, leasing agents, and renters to help them understand and navigate our deposit-free leasing product. Your responsibilities will include responding to support requests, identifying potential solutions, collaborating with other teams, and providing excellent customer experiences. • Respond to and solve incoming support requests via email, live web chat, and phone conversations within defined SLAs
• Map out the most frequent issues and identify potential in-product and/or automated help solutions
• Work with our product and technical support team to help solve customer issues
• Improve help documentation for our customers and partners
• Partner with other departments as needed to support our customers
• Provide Voice of Customer feedback to Product team on a regular basis

• At least 1 year of customer support experience
• Ability to investigate and resolve issues using multiple SaaS platforms synchronously
• Previous experience working within Intercom or Zendesk highly preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask within defined SLAs
• Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and deliver results
• Located in the New York City metro area and able to commute to our NYC office
