Growth Hacker

Obligo is seeking a Growth Hacker to join their team and drive customer acquisition and growth. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Growth Hacker will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on digital growth marketing strategies. This includes utilizing AI, outsourced vendors, and novel tools to optimize all aspects of the role. The ideal candidate will have exceptional problem-solving skills, creativity, and a passion for growth hacking and experimentation.

• Harness AI, novel tools, and outsourced vendors to enhance work performance
• Identify and prioritize growth hacking opportunities for Obligo
• Manage email and SMS marketing automation, including writing, template creation, list segmentation, campaign set-up, tracking, and Hubspot lead nurturing
• Create and optimize paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting campaigns
• Manage lead list acquisition channels and qualification services
• Optimize the website through traffic flow analysis, content management, page modification, landing page creation, etc.
• Utilize Hubspot to track deal attribution and measure spend and ROI for digital channels
• Provide graphic design direction for campaign asset creation
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success departments for campaign alignment
• Manage digital marketing campaigns with at least 5 years of experience
• Possess exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in marketing automation tools, preferably Hubspot
• Passionate about growth hacking and experimentation
• Experience in building and optimizing campaigns on Google, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Familiarity with optimizing landing pages and prospect funnels, including A/B and multivariate testing tools
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong eye for graphic design
• Hacker mentality and proactive attitude towards problem-solving.

• 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns
• Exceptional writing & verbal communication skills
• In-depth experience with marketing automation tools (Preferably Hubspot)
• Must be passionate about growth hacking and experimentation
• Experience in building and optimizing campaigns on one or more of Google, Facebook, and Linkedin
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and prospect funnels, including A/B and multivariate testing tools
• Experience with Excel
• A keen eye for great graphic design
