Requirements

Effective communicator with a high acumen for customer satisfaction
Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry and Mercedes-Benz products
Be highly skilled in learning and adapting to new technology
Possess confidence in utilizing social media
Ensure a calm demeanor with customers in stressful situations
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Become a Mercedes-Benz product expert including detailed operational knowledge of all user interfaces and technologies within every Mercedes-Benz vehicle that we sell, service, and purchase
Communicate with clients in person, on the phone, and via email and text, with an energetic attitude
Scheduling clients and prospective clients for deliveries
Provide an extensive, customer-centered product delivery experience through explaining complex product features and assisting customers in setting up and maintaining their vehicle’s features
Support sales consultants with product-related tasks
Assist in inventory management by ensuring accurate data is entered into our Sales Management System and CRM
Leverage social media to market new and used vehicle inventory
