About The Position

Auberge du Soleil is seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Concierge to join their team. The Concierge will be responsible for assisting guests with various inquiries, making reservations, and providing recommendations to enhance their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Auberge du Soleil is the flagship location of the Auberge Collection, known for attentive yet unobtrusive service and commitment to guest satisfaction. It is a member of Relais & Châteaux, an international association of elite independent hotels and restaurants.

Requirements

One year experience at in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, according to department needs.
Great communication skills
Confidence and ability to perform under pressure

Nice To Haves

Experience at a luxury hospitality property
Superior professional appearance and manner, good character to work on a fast-paced team
Proficiency in Google Suites and reservation management software

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel's amenities and services
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and lobby area
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
