As the Concierge, no two days are the same. The primary responsibility is to acknowledge and engage customers entering the department, making them the first and most important priority. The role requires leveraging passion and expertise for food and food pairings across various brochures and departments to assist customers in building out their catering and event needs. The Concierge will coordinate orders with other departments and collaborate with event staff to ensure everything is perfectly set for the customer’s special day, providing end-to-end catering coordination for the entire event planning process.
