About The Position

As a Concierge, you will play a key role in making residents and guests feel welcome, providing personalized service, and getting to know residents by name. Your responsibilities will include taking and delivering messages, receiving packages, and assisting the leasing team with the leasing process. You will also be expected to maintain updated knowledge of the assets specific to the community's needs.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Willing to work weekends and holidays
• A sharp and professional appearance
• Must be able to walk the property which includes climbing stairs
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies
• May be required to lift to 25 pounds without assistance
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, EXCEL, Outlook)
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications
• Able to multitask

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of concierge experience in residential property management
• Knowledge of Yardi and other industry software
