About The Position

The Concierge is responsible for proactively assisting residents, families, visitors, and team members to ensure a positive experience. This role involves managing the lobby area, handling inquiries, supporting sales and marketing efforts, assisting with business office tasks, and promoting resident engagement in programming. The Concierge plays a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient environment.

  • Ability to process new resident documentation.
  • Ability to maintain resident files and documentation confidentially.
  • Ability to promote and encourage resident participation in programming.
  • Ability to follow and communicate company policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a concierge or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with lead management programs.
  • Experience in assembling marketing packets.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively assist residents, families, visitors, and team members with questions or problems, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Greet all visitors and answer incoming calls professionally and respectfully.
  • Monitor the entry area for visitors and guests, greet and direct them as necessary.
  • Answer incoming telephone calls and resident calls, forward calls, and take messages.
  • Receive and send packages for residents.
  • Assist residents with mailing letters and packages.
  • Manage the lobby, ensuring the desk and lobby are clean and neat.
  • Create a comfortable and inviting lobby area.
  • Assist the Director of Resident Engagement and/or others in promoting programming in the lobby.
  • Manage the inquiry process, connecting callers or visiting customers to the appropriate inquiry team member.
  • Respond to inquiries and/or conduct tours when the Director of Sales and Marketing, Executive Director, and other Directors are unavailable.
  • Facilitate experiences/tours of the community as needed.
  • Be knowledgeable and assist in supporting the marketing standards of the community.
  • Assist with duties related to the Lead Management Program.
  • Assist with assembling marketing packets as needed.
  • Assist in processing new resident documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining resident files and documentation while upholding confidentiality.
  • Promote and encourage residents to participate in programming.
  • Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
