About The Position

PrismHR is hiring a Product Analyst to support its ExecuPay platform and Shared Technology and Product Management team. The role complements Product Managers and Designers by ensuring Engineering receives the detail needed to execute successfully. It combines responsibilities commonly associated with Business Analyst and Product Owner roles and contributes to product development and platform modernization. The role requires strong knowledge of Payroll and HR concepts, experience working with Product Managers and UX Designers, and the ability to translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements. The analyst may also support other Shared Technology delivery teams on special projects and business initiatives as needed.
