About The Position

Marion Toyota is hiring a Processing/License/Title Specialist for its Accounting Department in Marion, Illinois. The role is suited to someone who values thoughtful, accurate, detail-oriented, data-driven work over a fast-paced, chaotic environment. Comfort using technology, software platforms, spreadsheets, and Office 365 is important. Specific experience is not necessary, though related job history is preferred. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with an annual salary of $36,920–$45,240 based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Dependable transportation.
• Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
• General math skills for ledger entries.
• Ability to enter data in Excel spreadsheets.
• Basic computer knowledge and navigation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of and skills using office machines.
• Organized.

Responsibilities

• Process retail and trade-in vehicles.
• Pay off used-car lien holders.
• Provide the Controller with a daily report of paid-off vehicles.
• Work with various managers.
• Assist in tracking outstanding titles.
• Balance the cash box and prepare the daily bank deposit.
• Ensure all documentation is scanned into the system.
• Maintain a monthly log of supplemental F&I products.
• Support a positive, professional environment with team members and customers.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance, integrity, and work ethic.
