Requirements

Responsibilities

• Process retail and trade-in vehicles.
• Pay off used-car lien holders.
• Provide the Controller with a daily report of paid-off vehicles.
• Work with various managers.
• Assist in tracking outstanding titles.
• Balance the cash box and prepare the daily bank deposit.
• Ensure all documentation is scanned into the system.
• Maintain a monthly log of supplemental F&I products.
• Support a positive, professional environment with team members and customers.
• Maintain excellent attendance, integrity, and work ethic.
