Procedural Scheduler

About The Position
Schedules patients for surgery in inpatient and outpatient settings. Coordinates and schedules appointments for preoperative and postoperative office visits and testing. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes the team concept and reflects the Sisters of Providence mission, philosophy, and values. The role is with Providence Medical Institute and supports its patient-focused, whole-person care culture built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
Requirements
- One year of healthcare experience.
Nice To Haves
- Some college coursework or training.
- Scheduling experience in a medical office, ambulatory surgery center, or outpatient hospital setting.
