About The Position

Dribbler Soccer is seeking professional and experienced private soccer trainers to provide training to players of all ages. Trainers work within their communities and neighboring cities, traveling to local parks, soccer fields, or clients’ preferred locations. Dribbler provides client opportunities, while trainers can choose which clients to accept and set their own schedules and travel radius.

Trainers deliver personalized one-on-one and group lessons, developing plans that reflect each player’s abilities and goals. They assess skills, track progress, adapt instruction, provide the necessary training equipment, and maintain a safe, engaging learning environment. The role also involves communicating with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress. Payments are issued within 24 hours after lessons, and Dribbler provides general liability insurance coverage at no cost. The posting states that onboarding may allow a trainer to start within 24–48 hours after the interview.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation to training locations.
• Complete and clear a criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with players and clients.
• An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
• Confidence working independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Ability to provide personal soccer training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private one-on-one and group soccer lessons.
