Private Soccer Coach
About The Position
Dribbler Soccer is seeking professional and experienced private soccer trainers to provide soccer lessons for players of all ages. Trainers work in their local communities and neighboring cities, traveling to local parks, soccer fields, or clients’ preferred locations. Dribbler provides client opportunities, while trainers can choose which offers to accept or decline and set their own schedules and travel radius. Trainers create personalized lesson plans based on each player’s abilities, goals, and playing style; assess skills and track progress; and provide an enjoyable, engaging learning experience while ensuring player safety. The role involves private one-on-one and group instruction, communicating with players and their parents, clients, or caregivers, and supplying the equipment needed for lessons. Payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson through PayPal or another method. The posting lists compensation of $35–$50 per one-hour lesson. Dribbler adds trainers to its general liability insurance policy at no cost. The hiring process may allow trainers to start within 24–48 hours after an interview, depending on completion of onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
- Complete and clear a criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with players and clients.
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
- Confidence working independently while delivering high-quality training.
- Ability to provide personal soccer training equipment for lessons.
Responsibilities
