About The Position

Dribbler Soccer is hiring experienced private soccer trainers to provide personalized soccer training to players of all ages and skill levels. Trainers conduct one-on-one and group lessons at local parks, soccer fields, or clients’ preferred locations, traveling within a self-selected local radius. They create tailored lesson plans, assess and track player progress, adapt training to individual needs, and provide an engaging and safe learning experience. Trainers set their own schedules and may accept or decline client offers. Dribbler provides client opportunities and general liability insurance coverage at no cost. Payment is issued within 24 hours after each lesson through PayPal or another method. One-hour lessons pay $35–$50 per lesson. The hiring process may allow trainers to start within 24–48 hours after an interview, depending on completion of onboarding.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
• Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations.
• Complete and clear a criminal background check.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with players and clients.
• An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
• Ability to work independently while delivering high-quality training.
• Ability to provide personal soccer training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private one-on-one and group soccer lessons.
• Schedule lessons flexibly around the trainer’s and clients’ availability.
• Travel safely to and from clients’ preferred training locations.
• Create lesson plans tailored to each player’s abilities and goals.
• Assess players’ skills, track their progress, and adapt lessons to their needs.
• Provide the equipment needed for lessons.
• Deliver a comprehensive, enjoyable, and engaging learning experience.
• Ensure player safety during training sessions.
• Communicate with parents, clients, or caregivers about player progress.
