Private Soccer Coach
About The Position
Dribbler Soccer is seeking professional and experienced private soccer trainers to conduct personalized lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. Trainers provide one-on-one and group sessions at local parks, soccer fields, or clients’ locations, and may work in their community and neighboring cities. Dribbler supplies client opportunities, while trainers choose which offers to accept or decline and set their own schedules and travel radius. Trainers create tailored lesson plans, assess players’ skills and progress, adapt sessions to players’ needs, provide their own training equipment, and ensure a safe, enjoyable learning experience. They communicate with players, parents, clients, or caregivers about progress and coordinate with Dribbler’s support team. Payment is issued within 24 hours after a lesson; the listed rate is $35–$50 per one-hour lesson. Dribbler provides general liability insurance coverage at no cost. The hiring process may allow a trainer to start within 24–48 hours after an interview, depending on completion of onboarding.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age.
- Reliable transportation to travel to training locations.
- Complete and clear a criminal background check.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with players and clients.
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens.
- Confidence working independently while delivering high-quality training.
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private one-on-one and group soccer lessons.
