About The Position

Ensemble Schools is seeking experienced, professional instructors in piano, voice, and violin to teach part-time for Lessons on the Go in The Woodlands, Texas. Instructors teach students in their homes, serving ZIP codes 77380–77382, 77384, 77389, 77375, and 77385. Teachers may set their availability within the school’s open hours; consistency is valued, and candidates with greater availability are preferred. Instructors need reliable transportation for travel to students’ homes. The role pays $35–$40 per hour. Employees are covered by liability insurance and receive mileage reimbursement. Health benefits options and a 401(k) with employer match are available to part- and full-time Ensemble employees after 30 days of employment. Lessons on the Go is a traveling music school offering home lessons in The Woodlands and select other Houston neighborhoods. Requirements

Strong music background demonstrated by a degree in performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
Demonstrated love of teaching.
