Voice and Piano Teacher - Neighborhood Music
About The Position
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a fun, experienced, and professional voice and piano instructor to teach part-time in person at Neighborhood Music in Aurora, Colorado. Teachers must be available Sundays from 12:30–5:30 p.m., with additional days available. Instructors may set their availability within the school’s open hours; consistent and broader availability is preferred. Successful candidates will have a strong music background demonstrated by a degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience. They should love teaching, have experience working with young musicians, value punctuality, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a routine background check. Instructor pay is commensurate with experience and education. Health benefit options and a 401(k) with employer match are available to part- and full-time Ensemble employees after 30 days of employment. Neighborhood Music nurtures students’ love of music and performing arts through personalized instruction, with teachers offering instruction in classical, jazz, rock, and contemporary genres. Requirements
- Strong music background, demonstrated by a degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
