About The Position
Uline is seeking a Private Label Program Manager to manage private-label industrial packaging projects and support the company’s in-house brand. The role is part of the Creative team and focuses on preserving brand identity and consistency while coordinating packaging design, production, quality, and project records. The position is based on-site at Uline’s corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, with travel to North American Uline locations or vendors as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business.
- At least 3 years of relevant prior experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Travel to Uline’s North American locations or vendors as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Product management experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access.
Responsibilities
- Manage industrial packaging projects that uphold Uline’s brand identity.
- Collaborate with product managers, warehouse teams, and designers to implement effective packaging designs.
- Partner with vendors to ensure print quality, compliance, and timely execution.
- Conduct warehouse audits and report packaging updates to warehouse and management teams.
- Support proofing and artwork arrangement for private-label packaging projects.
- Manage and maintain private-label project and quality-control databases and files using a digital asset manager (DAM).
