About The Position

The agency is hiring compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one home healthcare to a one-year-old client with a G-tube in Pasadena, Maryland. Nurses may receive training in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. Available shifts are day shift, 8 a.m.–4 p.m., and night shift, 10 p.m.–6 a.m.

The agency is Joint Commission Accredited and has provided home care for adult and pediatric patients for over 38 years. It offers competitive wages, weekly pay with direct deposit, a referral bonus program, and ongoing educational training.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland nursing license or multistate compact license as an LPN or RN.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence working independently.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of G-tube or tracheostomy care; qualified and interested candidates may be trained.
• Ventilator experience; qualified candidates may be trained.
• Pediatric experience.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
