About The Position

The agency is hiring compassionate, energetic Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide private-duty home healthcare. This role provides one-on-one nursing care in a client's home for a 4-year-old male client with a G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator in Fallston, Maryland. Day and night shifts are available. The agency is willing to train qualified, interested nurses in G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care, with nursing supervisors providing instruction.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Maryland nursing license or multistate compact license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification.
• Confidence working independently.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with the client in the client's home.
• Complete nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care.
• Document nursing notes clearly and concisely.
