About The Position

The Production Specialist operates high-speed production equipment to provide reprographic and digital printing support services for internal and external customers. The role sets up and imposes print orders to ensure output meets company quality standards. It supports customer satisfaction through effective planning and execution of daily assignments, workflow management, and ongoing quality control. The specialist checks work at the end of each production stage and completes required order management system stages to meet customer expectations, productivity standards, and performance checkpoints. The schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday night through Friday morning. The role requires working safely and supporting the company’s operational safety culture by addressing potential hazards or concerns.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience.
Ability to work effectively as a team member in a professional work environment and demonstrate sound judgment.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and implement detailed instructions in a timely and efficient manner.
Ability to listen actively and analyze customer and employee needs through effective communication and listening skills.
Ability to learn new information and processes within company guidelines.
Ability to multitask effectively and use time management skills.
