About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is seeking a Print Production Technician to support Transfer Express’s custom textile printing operations. The role operates a printing press for Plastisol Ink products, prepares and tears down equipment between jobs, and completes work according to the shipping schedule. The technician performs quality checks, communicates needs and concerns to the Floor Supervisor, and assists in other areas as business needs require. The position is in a collaborative production environment with a fast pace and requires flexibility to work overtime daily as needed.

Requirements

• Understanding of screen-printing processes or willingness to learn them.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., walk and bend regularly, and remain on one's feet for the full shift.
• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
• Quality-minded approach.
• Schedule flexibility and ability to work overtime daily as needed.
• Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a printing press for Plastisol Ink products.
• Set up and tear down between jobs.
• Prioritize and complete work based on the shipping schedule.
• Perform quality checks.
