About The Position

This role is responsible for operating high-volume digital and color printers, copiers, and related production equipment. The position involves receiving, reviewing, and electronically logging customer print jobs, as well as monitoring production workflows and troubleshooting issues to meet quality, delivery, and output requirements. The Print Production Level 3 will also perform quality inspections, conduct routine operator maintenance on equipment, and maintain production, reporting, and billing logs. Additionally, the role requires backing up, tracking, and storing customer files, and lifting and moving materials weighing up to 50 pounds. Overtime may be required.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency, including keyboard and mouse functions, email, file management, data entry, and internet browsing.
• Ability to send documents to configured printers and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to manage routine tasks independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating digital printers, color equipment, copiers, or other high-volume print production equipment preferred.
• Experience with print job tracking, quality control, and production documentation is a plus.
