About The Position

The Principal Revenue Enablement Readiness Manager will own readiness for Solution Sales Executives (SSEs) in at least two of Atlassian’s five collections. This is not a content-production role: the position diagnoses where SSEs are losing deals, develops programs to close identified gaps, and measures impact on pipeline, win rate, and ramp time. The manager partners with SSE leaders, product marketing, and the broader enablement team to ensure launches, sales plays, and skills are effectively adopted in the field. The role combines hands-on program delivery with Level 200 enablement. It builds sellers’ ability to explain solution capabilities, explore customer use cases, conduct deeper discovery, and position collections within a broader platform story that connects immediate customer needs with long-term value and expansion. The position also supports onboarding, product launches, modern seller workflows and approved AI use, manager coaching, and cross-functional account execution. It works with Revenue Operations and sales leadership to measure readiness against opportunity quality, win rates, conversion speed, and collection expansion. Atlassian allows employees to choose to work in an office, from home, or in a combination of the two, and can hire in countries where it has a legal entity. The role may be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity. U.S. or remote U.S. base pay ranges are $175,500–$229,125 in Zone A, $158,400–$206,800 in Zone B, and $145,800–$190,350 in Zone C.
