About The Position

Redis is seeking a Principal Enablement Manager, Agentic Enablement, to build the operating system behind modern go-to-market (GTM) enablement. The role combines enablement strategy, business operations, technology, analytics, communications, and artificial intelligence. It designs and administers just-in-time enablement workflows, establishes measurement infrastructure for field competencies and behaviors, creates structured field communications, supports Sales Kickoff (SKO) and other high-impact events, and helps the GTM organization adopt AI practically, responsibly, and measurably. The successful candidate will be both strategic and highly operational: defining models, configuring systems, building reporting, creating repeatable processes, and partnering with leaders to drive adoption. The role advances enablement from a calendar-driven approach toward a signal-driven, measurable, and increasingly AI-assisted operating model. The position also develops practical AI guidance, learning experiences, workflows, and use cases for GTM teams, in partnership with relevant technical, legal, security, data, and operational stakeholders. Redis describes itself as a global company that values curiosity, diversity of thought, and innovation, and is committed to an inclusive workplace and equal employment opportunity.
