About The Position

Workato is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own the strategy and experience of its website. The website serves buyers forming a first impression, analysts evaluating Workato’s direction, technical teams assessing the platform, and customers discovering what they can do next. This senior individual-contributor role has company-wide influence and ownership of website strategy, roadmap, priorities, and measurable outcomes. The role brings together visitor needs, company narrative, design, content, and technology to build understanding, trust, and growth. The product leader will define priority visitor journeys; shape information architecture, navigation, and discovery; partner with Design on visual storytelling; connect diverse content and evaluation experiences; improve acquisition and qualified conversion through experimentation; and establish prioritization, experience standards, content ownership, freshness, and launch readiness. The role partners with Engineering on performance, accessibility, and measurement. Success is measured through a website scorecard covering visitor task completion, understanding of Workato’s differentiation, content discovery and journey progression, qualified conversion, and experience quality. The role also partners with Growth and Revenue Operations to drive qualified traffic, accepted leads, and website-sourced pipeline.
