About The Position

LiveRamp is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own product strategy for the Financial Services vertical across Consumer Intelligence, Planning & Activation, and Measurement & Optimization. The role will develop reusable data models, outcome recipes, and playbooks for banks, card networks, and other financial institutions, enabling scalable solutions without bespoke builds. The Product Manager will drive solutions for financial institutions acting as marketers, media networks, and users of non-advertising capabilities such as fraud, risk, KYC/AML, and cross-line-of-business collaboration. The role includes defining customer intelligence capabilities for transaction and card data; translating regulated-industry requirements into product requirements and deployment configurations; and leading customer discovery across banks, card networks, processors, and insurers. The role works across Commercial, Sales, GTM, Engineering, Design, Data Science, Legal, Privacy, Security, and Customer Success to package and launch offerings. It will establish success metrics, launch initial financial services packages, support financial media network brand collaborations within 12 months, and shape an agentic product roadmap for transaction data that meets bank risk and compliance expectations. The Product Manager guides solutions from strategy through delivery, launch, enablement, and adoption. The position is part of LiveRamp’s Industry Solutions Product Management organization and reports to the Sr Director of Industry Solutions Product Management. The team includes Solution Product Managers, architects, technical program managers, engineers, and data scientists. It builds repeatable solutions that help financial institutions use data responsibly to improve customer experience, marketing, measurement, and collaboration while addressing fragmented transaction data, taxonomies, identity resolution, privacy, permissioning, governance, and model risk.
