About The Position

Pomelo Care is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead its Patient Growth team and expand access to its virtual care model for women and children. The role focuses on reaching and enrolling more patients, keeping them connected to care, and recovering patients who have churned. The Product Manager will work across engineering, marketing, clinical operations, and data science to improve maternal health outcomes by scaling the practice nationwide. The position owns product strategy across patient acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and re-engagement. It involves creating new growth funnels and channels, improving patient-facing messaging in partnership with Marketing, and using rapid MVP iterations to test and scale solutions. The role also explores applied AI and operational approaches to improve outreach and enrollment, analyzes enrollment and engagement data, establishes core metrics, and advises the C-suite on top-of-funnel growth. This role reports to the VP, Product & Data and is open to candidates located in the continental United States. It is fully remote within the US, with offices in New York City and San Francisco for employees who prefer in-person work.
