About The Position

Oracle's Strategy and Operations provide business-critical insights through analytics, drives cross-functional alignment on goals and execution, and advances strategic initiatives that accelerate growth across Oracle's product and partnerships organization. As a Senior Analyst, you'll work closely with business and product leadership to shape strategy, improve operational rigor, and deliver recommendations that drive measurable outcomes across Oracle's cloud businesses.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4+ years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or a corporate advisory role.
2+ years of experience in data analysis
2+ years working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions at the leadership level.
2+ years developing business strategies or leading cross-functional initiatives.
