About The Position
We are looking for an exceptional Event Coordinator to support the planning, logistics and execution of Students & Grads University Events. You will be responsible for carrying out event planning, execution and logistics while collaborating with University Leads. Additionally, you will play a critical role in helping the team be well-managed throughout an exciting and fast paced recruiting season. Requirements
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative, team player attitude with the ability to communicate and collaborate across the organization
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to identify and prioritize a high volume of work in ambiguous contexts
- A caring teammate, who is a hands-on partner and collaborator
- Someone who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has solid time management and prioritization skills
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in corporate event planning or project management
- At least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or project management
- At least 2 years of experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Experience working in an agile environment
Responsibilities
- Be hyper-focused on providing an exceptional candidate experience with each and every event we host virtually and on campus.
- Be keenly aware of the details and be able to communicate those specifics out to others through verbal and written communications.
- Work closely with University Events leads and recruiters to ensure a cohesive candidate experience throughout the full candidate journey.
- Be detail-oriented and able to apply big picture thinking to local execution.
- Be expected to travel up to 25-50% of the time during the peak season to support in person events.
