About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient primary care in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The role supports VIPcare’s approach to transforming primary care and helping patients live healthier lives. Physicians are supported by a small patient panel, administrative, financial, and technological resources, a Health Services Team, a Regional Physician Coach, a Clinical Performance Coach, and a Pharmacy Team. The organization also provides collaborative forums, operations management dashboards, quality metrics, and decision support tools. Compensation is determined through a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, including experience in value-based care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
