About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a new Sun City Center, Florida location opening in 2027. The organization aims to transform primary care by providing better health care through compassionate, collaborative, and purpose-driven teams. The role offers a small patient panel and a 100% outpatient practice, supported by administrative, financial, and technological resources; a health services team; regional physician and clinical performance coaches; a pharmacy team; collaborative forums; operations management dashboards; quality metrics; and decision-support tools. Compensation is based on a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, particularly in value-based care, skills, and qualifications.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
