About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a compassionate, innovative physician to provide outpatient primary care and help transform sick care into better health care. The role offers a small patient panel, a work-life balance, and no nights or weekends. Physicians are supported by administrative, financial, and technological resources; a health services team; physician and clinical performance coaches; a pharmacy team; collaborative forums and operations management; dashboards and quality metrics; and decision-support tools. Compensation includes a quality-based performance bonus and is determined through evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, including experience in value-based care.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state; alternatively, an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
