About The Position

VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician to deliver outpatient primary care in Midwest City, Oklahoma. The organization focuses on transforming primary care and supporting healthier lives through a collaborative, purpose-driven approach. The role includes a small patient panel and access to administrative, financial, and technological resources, along with a health services team, physician and clinical performance coaches, pharmacy support, collaborative forums, operations management, dashboards, quality metrics, and decision-support tools. Compensation is based on a comprehensive evaluation of relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, including experience in value-based care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state; alternatively, an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
