About The Position

VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a new location in Sun City Center, Florida, opening in 2027. The role focuses on outpatient primary care and offers a small patient panel, work-life balance, and no nights or weekends. The physician will have administrative, financial, and technological resources, along with support from a health services team, regional physician and clinical performance coaches, pharmacy team, collaborative forums, operations management, dashboards, quality metrics, and decision-support tools. Compensation includes a competitive package with a quality-based performance bonus. The selected candidate’s compensation will be evaluated based on relevant experience, especially in value-based care, skills, and qualifications.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
