About The Position
VIPcare is seeking a compassionate, innovative, and purpose-driven Primary Care Physician to help transform primary care and support healthier, happier lives. The role is focused on outpatient care and offers a small patient panel, work/life balance, and no nights or weekends. Physicians receive administrative, financial, and technological resources, along with support from a health services team, regional physician and clinical performance coaches, and a pharmacy team. The organization also provides collaborative forums, operations management dashboards, quality metrics, and decision-support tools. Compensation is determined through an evaluation of relevant experience, especially in value-based care, skills, and qualifications, and includes a quality-based performance bonus.
Requirements
- Active and unrestricted medical license, willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
- At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.
Nice To Haves
- Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
