About The Position

VIPcare is seeking a Primary Care Physician for a new Ocala, Florida location opening in 2027. The physician will provide outpatient primary care in a model focused on improving patients’ health through small patient panels and quality-based care. The position offers a competitive compensation package with a quality-based performance bonus, resources from administrative and clinical teams, and professional development support. Compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, particularly experience in value-based care.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted medical license, or willingness to obtain a license in the practicing state, or an active Area of Critical Need license in Florida.
• At least 3 years of experience in outpatient primary care.

Nice To Haves

• Additional training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics is preferred.
