About The Position

Hall Honda Virginia Beach is hiring a Pre-Owned Sales Specialist to sell used vehicles. The role offers a salary-based pay plan with commission and the opportunity to earn more based on sales performance. Requirements

• Be a self-starter with strong initiative and a firm commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction.
• Have sales or related commission-based experience in a retail or hospitality industry.
• Have excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Hold a valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations in the last three years and no major violations (such as DUI or reckless driving) in the last three years.

Responsibilities

• Accurately present and demonstrate the features and benefits of dealership vehicles.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources.
• Present pricing options and negotiate pricing.
• Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale.
• Conduct business ethically and professionally.
• Invest time in continuous product knowledge training.
