About The Position

O. C. Welch Ford Lincoln is seeking a Pre-Owned Assistant Sales Manager to join its dealership. The role supports management of used-vehicle inventory and sales staff, helps ensure vehicles are reconditioned efficiently, and contributes to sales-volume and gross-profit growth. Prior automotive Ford Sales Manager experience is required.

Requirements

• Prior automotive sales manager experience is required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in ensuring vehicle reconditioning is completed properly and efficiently.
• Help manage used inventory turn and stock the appropriate vehicle mix.
• Provide management assistance and support to sales staff selling used vehicles.
• Help increase sales volume while managing gross to achieve overall gross-profit growth.
• Assist with forecasting goals at the beginning of each month, then monitor, track, and strive to meet them.
• Demonstrate an understanding that business is built on excellent customer satisfaction.
• Help ensure individual and departmental goals are met daily, weekly, and monthly.
