About The Position
Hyundai of New Port Richey is seeking a Pre-Owned Hyundai Sales Representative for its certified used-car dealership. The dealership describes itself as the #1 Volume Certified Pre-Owned Hyundai dealer in the world and is backed by Lithia & Driveway. The role offers a five-day work week in a supportive, high-volume sales environment focused on customer experience, honest value, personal ownership, continuous improvement, and building lasting customer relationships. The Sales Representative consults with customers throughout their vehicle purchase, helps them identify vehicles suited to their lifestyles, and presents vehicle and purchasing information. Full training on the products and their benefits is provided. The representative follows up with customers, maintains customer relationships, records customer activity in store-specific management systems, and stays informed about products, features, and accessories through product and training courses.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in the state of residence.

Responsibilities
- Interact and consult with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase and create a positive vehicle-buying experience.
- Help customers select a vehicle that fits their lifestyle.
- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options, store policies, and services.
- Follow up with customers in a timely manner and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store-specific management systems.
- Stay current on new products, features, and accessories, and attend product and training courses.
