About The Position

AllCare is hiring a Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations across 3-5 clinics in a market. This role is for an operator who loves building high-performing teams, standardizing workflows, and keeping clinics running smoothly - with a strong bias for action and ownership. The role involves operational oversight across multiple Primary/Immediate Care centers, focusing on utilization, quality, patient experience, and profitability. The Practice Manager will have operational ownership of business performance and the success of the clinics, managing and directly overseeing the performance of clinics by monitoring and driving clinic-level teams towards key revenue and operational KPIs. This includes managing practice budgets, monitoring monthly performance against targets, and escalating risks and variances. The role also involves identifying operational and growth opportunities, driving performance consistency in partnership with central teams by overseeing scheduling, patient throughput, provider utilization, and center-level revenue cycle management processes. Direct leadership of non-provider clinic teams (Medical Assistants and center staff) is a key responsibility, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. The Practice Manager will be the direct point of contact for providers on center-level operational issues, concerns, and performance-related issues. Responsibilities also include clinic execution, such as scheduling coverage, workflows, supply/inventory management, compliance (HIPAA/OSHA), and patient escalations. Partnership with Providers and Ops leadership is crucial for solving problems quickly and maintaining consistent care delivery across sites. An on-site presence is required, with expectations to be in clinics, and multi-site travel is necessary, up to approximately 90% across assigned clinics within the Atlanta metro market.
