Practice Innovation Advisor- Legal Professionals

Thomson Reuters•Washington, DC
•$137,200 - $254,800

About The Position

Thomson Reuters is building a senior advisory function serving its most strategic law firm accounts. The Practice Innovation Advisor is a client-facing, peer advisory role at the intersection of AI strategy, technology transformation, and the business of law. The advisor engages senior law firm leaders to help them assess how AI may affect their organizations’ operations, competitiveness, and ability to deliver value, and supports clients across the full lifecycle, from pre-sale through post-sale. The role relies on substantial experience inside the legal profession to establish credibility with firm leadership. It focuses on executive relationships and strategic counsel rather than product demonstrations or adoption metrics. The advisor works with account teams and product partners, shares market insights with Thomson Reuters leadership, and represents the company at senior legal industry events. The position does not carry a quota, though its relationships can influence client retention and growth.
