About The Position

Delfina provides a pregnancy care data platform intended to improve maternal and child health outcomes. The Practice Growth Specialist supports sales, marketing, and growth initiatives through data analysis, market research, prospecting, and related activities. In this patient-facing role, the specialist represents Delfina at partner OB/GYN practices in specified Florida geographies, meeting expectant mothers during clinic visits to explain the program, answer questions, and help with digital enrollment. The role works closely with clinic staff and Delfina’s implementation team to create a smooth experience for patients and providers, and also supports opportunities to bring on new practice partners.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare or a patient-facing role, such as medical assistant, patient navigator, community health worker, or customer service in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including confidence engaging patients and clinic staff.
• Strong organizational skills and reliability, including the ability to manage multiple conversations and maintain accurate records.
• Comfort using technology, including tablets, mobile apps, and HIPAA-compliant digital forms.
• Empathy and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
• Unrestricted and independent authorization to work at Delfina; the company does not sponsor or facilitate U.S. work authorization.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in maternal health, OB/GYN clinics, or women’s health programs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients onsite at OB/GYN partner clinics to introduce the Delfina program and assist with enrollment.
• Explain the benefits of ongoing support through Delfina’s platform using clear, empathetic communication.
• Guide patients through secure enrollment, ensuring accurate data entry and consent in compliance with HIPAA.
• Coordinate with clinic staff, including front desk staff, nurses, and providers, to integrate enrollment into patient flow.
• Document daily activity, including patients approached, completed enrollments, and feedback received.
• Share field insights with Delfina’s growth and implementation teams to help improve messaging and workflows.
• Represent Delfina’s mission professionally and empathetically, building trust and answering patient questions.
• Support opportunities to develop new practice partnerships.
