About The Position

McGrath Powersports is seeking a driven, performance-oriented Powersports Finance Producer to join its high-volume dealership in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role focuses on helping customers arrange financing and select protection products for motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. It offers commission-based compensation with uncapped earning potential and is suited to a goal-driven, customer-focused finance professional who thrives in a competitive environment. The position is full-time, with a Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule. Saturday work and peak seasonal hours are expected. The successful candidate will provide a professional, transparent finance experience while supporting sales and complying with dealership, lender, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience is preferred.
Competitive, self-motivated, and income-driven mindset.
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Willingness to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours.

Present financing and protection product options to customers.
Structure and submit loan applications to multiple lenders.
Maximize each deal through finance and insurance product offerings, including warranties, GAP, and maintenance plans.
