McGrath Powersports is seeking a driven, performance-oriented Powersports Finance Producer to join its high-volume dealership in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. The role is suited to a motivated finance professional who thrives in a competitive environment and wants to maximize earning potential in the powersports industry, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides. Requirements
- Previous finance, automotive F&I, powersports F&I, or high-level sales experience is preferred.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and income-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work Saturdays and peak seasonal hours.

Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection product options to customers.
- Structure and submit loan applications to multiple lenders.
- Maximize each deal through finance and insurance product offerings, including warranties, GAP, and maintenance plans.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
- Maintain compliance with dealership, lender, and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide a professional, transparent, and customer-focused finance experience.
